CONTEMPLATION OVER THE PUBLISHING HISTORY OF JOURNAL PRÁVNÍK

Abstract

The authors in their article, which honors the 150^th anniversary of journal Lawyer, provide a brief summary of journal's main areas of focus in different time periods. They write in detail about the founders of this journal – Karel Jaromír Erben, Rudolf Thurn Taxis and Jan Jeřábek. In their article authors also included lawyers A. Randa and J. Škarda, who had strong influence on the contents of this periodical. Authors also outline the future mission of the journal Lawyer, emphasizing the traditions, which the Lawyer represented during the Austria-Hungary and during the First Republic.
